See below for a whole range of questions that we occasionally get asked or we think you might find useful.

Our website is exclusively for wholesale customers so you do need to log into your account to shop. It’s also incredibly handy to have an account as you’ll be able to see previous orders, as well as ensuring your delivery information is already entered to make all future orders quick and easy.

No biggie, we understand that these days we all have so many passwords to remember that occasionally you may misplace or forget one. For this reason, you can click on ‘forgot my password’ and a link will be sent to your email address in order for you to reset it. We recommend you reset your password as soon as you receive the email by clicking on the ‘reset my password’ link.

Sure thing! If you are having trouble placing an order on our website or you just fancy speaking to a real person, it is possible to place your order over the phone. Please call your area sales rep or our head office team is available Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm, please contact them on 01246 299 800.

This can be dependent on stock availability, but we aim to deliver orders within 2-3 weeks. 

At Stone the Crows we use our own lorries in a bid to provide a better customer experience and be more eco-friendly. Our office team plan our driver's runs to be as efficient as possible, so delivery timelines will vary depending on your location. If you’d like an accurate estimate, please get in touch with us at enquries@stonethecrows.co.uk

If you’d prefer, you can also request to defer your delivery to a later date.

For credit customers, an invoice is raised upon delivery and then typically you have 30 days to pay, unless we’re running a promotion to increase this. 

For non-credit customers, you will be sent a pro-forma invoice to pay prior to your goods being loaded on the lorry.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us when you placed an order we ask you follow these few simple steps.

Firstly, try checking your junk mail, sometimes despite our best efforts your mailbox may decide to identify our confirmation emails as spam. Secondly, we recommend checking in your online account area, confirming you have used the correct email address and that you can see the order in your order history. If the order history is empty it may be that you used a different email address at the time of placing the order.

Finally, if you are still having difficulty locating your order and have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, shoot us an email with your order number to enquiries@stonethecrows.co.uk and we’ll be able to help you out. 

One of the issues with having such a wide selection of wonderful products is that we inevitably sell out of some items from time to time. We try our best to keep our warehouses full of stock and we will reorder the most popular items but this isn’t always possible in time to keep items in stock. From time to time we will input an estimated restock date on the product page, but you can also get in touch with your local Sales Representative to find out for you.

We are committed to customer privacy and your safety is of the utmost importance. We will never sell or exchange customer’s information with anyone else. We only share the relevant information with the parties involved with the processing of your order. There are procedures in place to protect your privacy and these are upheld in all circumstances.

At Stone the Crows we’re very proud to have our own fleet of lorries and dedicated drivers. This will always be our preferred method of delivery, but from time to time, we may also use an external carrier if required.

We do not offer returns on wholesale items unless the items received are faulty or damaged.

We love all of our customers, whether you are in Chichester or the Czech Republic, Milton Keynes or the Maldives, however we are still working on our international delivery process. If you are outside of the UK and would like to place an order with us please contact us at enquiries@stonethecrows.co.uk  and we will do our very best to see how we can make your order possible.  

 

Please note, if an Overseas customer would like to place an order with us, they must have a UK delivery address or be able to arrange their own shipper.

We spend months at a time travelling the globe for the latest and most interesting items, things that inspire us to create beautiful interiors. For this reason, we can only offer ranges for so long, we have to create space for the new and keep our ranges exciting and exclusive to us. This means that from time to time we may discontinue an item or a range, but this only means that we have more items coming soon. Feel free to contact us if you are looking for something in particular as we still may be able to help you.

Of course! We’d love to welcome you to our showroom. We’re based in Dronfield, Derbyshire. The Showrooms are open Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and you must book an appointment to visit. If you add items to your basket, they will remain there for up to 14 days, unless you clear your cache.

It is never our intention to send you a faulty item or for it to arrive damaged, but if this does happen, please notify us within 5 working days of receiving your delivery and we will help.

As a general rule, no. However we would be pleased to discuss this with you on pieces of furniture.

If you remember something you would like to add to an existing order which hasn’t yet been assigned for a delivery date then yes, of course. You just need to give our sales office a call to do this on 01246 299800.

For UK Mainland customers we currently have a £350 minimum order value and delivery is £35, or if you spend at least £500, your carriage is paid. 

If you are outside of the UK Mainland, please get in touch to confirm your minimum order and delivery charges.
